Default HELP: Check Engine Light Came On!

Alright so I have a Honda Prelude 1997 Automatic. My Check Engine Light just came on last night. So I went to get the trouble code to know why the light came on and I got P0700. I don't even know what that means because I don't have the owner's manual or anything so can anybody help me decipher "P0700"?

Alright I'm not exactly an expert at fixing cars so I have another question dealing with the P0700 code. The P0700 does have something to do with the emission system yes or no?

yeah i know right. i find it easier to have a manual and not an automatic for some reason. auto transmissions are much more complicating to fix than manual ones. i knew i should have picked the stick.
