what code is this?

it blinks 1 then pauses the 6 then it keeps blinking in 6's untill i turn off the ignition. is it code 6 or 16 i failed smog today its runing rich and idles at 1500.

i changed the o2 and the coolant sensor yet it still blinks and i did reset the ecu.

Did you check the wiring ? Just because its throwing a 02 code, does not mean the 02 sensor is bad, same with the coolant temp

yea thats the first thing i checked because thats what usually whats wrong.
