06 RSX base "Main't Required" light on
Anyone know what could have caused this? Its an 06 with roughly 22k on it , I commute to and from school / work. I don't drive it too hard, but not like a puss either lol. If anyone knows possible problems or easy fixes let me know.
if you do the oil change personatly u could turn the light off by your self check the manual book that comes well if u have it it always comes when u buy a car, it would explain step by step how to turn it off,
with the key not inserted press the miles reset button on the cluster and hold while you insert the key and turn the ignition to on(2nd position) hold it for 20 secs and your are done no more manteinance light for 10k
so you guys don't think its a serious problem then? I'm not due for oil, transmission fluid should be good, I don't know its just scary seeing that light so early.
