Similar springs are ok is the drop is similar to the Teins.

I have set of KYB GR2 shocks matched with Tein S springs.
I bought them for my 2000 Civic - my girl took over my car so i had to put it all back to stock for her. I think it's the same set up for your car.
The set up has 3k miles on them... i loved the set up when I had it.
Sitting in my room now for 2 weeks... let me know if your interested.
