anyone recommend suppliers (mainly interested in azenis RT-615) that will ship international ?

Can't you get them from dealers in the UK, like http://www.blackcircles.com? Or from dealers on the continent (e.g. Germany)? Have you tried looking on the Falken Euro website and maybe contacting their UK sales arm?

The biggest mail-order Falken dealers I know in the States are Discount Tire, Vulcan, and Edge Racing.

 

had a reply from falken u.k who say not availble in u.k and case with all other independant suppliers ive contacted, i dont think there available anywhere else in europe

ill try those links you gave , i know vulcan dont though
