Foam??
Since i Have my Crx completely gutted and using my other car for now i have a question about something i read the other day.....
Some ppl put some kind of foam inside the openings of the body if they do ...does that really help and what kind of foam can be used..
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ...IS IT WORTH DOING??

hmm , I've only heard of this being done for sound dampening qualities.
If that's what your after it will work , but , I don't recommend it due to foam holding water as we all no EF's are leak box's and it just seems like water holding foam would promote rust.

You are talking about polyurethane foam.
It's a two part mix that once mixed, expands to fill any voids. It's also possible to spray it, but requires a special spray gun (that mixes the chemical).
There are two reasons for using it;
One is for sound deadening.
The other is the done in body cavities in order to stiffen the body (I'd really question how much this is worth).
