Default New Engine Questions

I recently Detonated my b18a1 in my 91 LS. Im in the market for a new motor. My question is waht motor should I put in with a budget 2000-2500 CAD (minus tax + shipping + labour) I am not looking for a conversion jsut to drop in a new complete motor setup:
||ECU (ENGINE COMPUTER),
ALTENATOR,
DISTRIBUTER,
POWER STEERING,
AC COMPRESSOR,
INATKE MANIFOLD,
EXHAUST MANIFOLD,
DOWN PIPE,
STARTER,
WIRED HARNESS,
ACCESSORIES (STOCK MOUNTS & SENSORES),
SHIFTER LINKAGE,
USED DRIVE SHAFTS||

Also ive been looking at some motors from http://torontojdm.com I hear they are pretty good. Does anyone else have a closer engine supplier.
My location is: Canada, BC, Vancouver Island

Futhermore; will a JDM B16A1 OBD0 or JDM B18B OBD2 1996+ or JDM B18C GSR OB1 1994-95; drop into my DA chasis or will it require majour work.

I am looking for a used very low milage/rebuilt motor + compents that I can basicly drop in bolt and hook up.

B16A with a cable tranny will bolt up directly. You'll need a B16 wiring harness and ecu. 91 is still OBD 0, so its either that or convert to OBD I for a GSR motor (or convert the motor to OBD 0-)
