do you have a dx or si? if you have an si its an easy plug in swap if you have dx or std little bit more work with wireing. ls is an easy swap though. your gona need mounts and linkage though.

If you're an Si then you don't have to worry about wiring.

If you're DX you have to convert to multi port fuel injection.

You need custom made shift linkage (cut and weld) or buy one from places like Hasport.

You need to make a dent in the engine bay where the alternator goes because it won't fit.

You need 90-91 Integra axles and make sure you take the dust covers off the ends.

You need 90-91 Integra intermediate shaft.

You need mounts.....www.innovativemounts.com

Use the Integra rad hoses.

You need an Si map sensor or use the Integra one (I think...).

Grind off the front mount that sits ontop of the cross member if you want easier installation....or just bash it in.

If you have more questions please PM me.

well if it's an SI or a DX it will probably have a badge on the back of the car that says so...unless someone took it off

Definitely not an Si. Sounds like a Civic STD (Standard base hatchback) . . . is the transmission a 4-speed?

You'll have to do a DPFI -> MPFI wiring harness conversion to complete this swap. If the car is indeed a STD, you will also need DX/LX/Si or EX front suspension knuckles (or at least just the hubs) for the axles to work.
