type s pistons
Rm cams and valve train
type s manifold
rmf/smsp header
2.5 highflow car
2.5 exhaust
meth/water injection set so you raise your octane and lower detation

Your going to need to upgrade your fuel system, and you might as well run a more aggressive cam.

The stock fuel rail and IM will support more than enough for most boost applications. I wouldn't bother with those.

Fuel system, a higher CR, cams, valvetrain, and something to tune it with should get you about where you want to be.

fuel system? I doubt that

I have an rmf header, open, crower3 cams, 70mm throttle body, tuned on an s200, with no need to upgrade any of the fuel system, the stock 345cc injectors take care of it

sounds ok

i would go for probe rods and type s pistons if you are upgrading
you could also mill the head .030". that will also raise your compression by one point

here is my daily setup
ported head, milled .030"
ported intake manifold
74mm throttle body
stock cams/ valvetrain
type-s pistons
f22 crank/rods
chipped p28
stage 4 clutch
underdrive pully

all thru a stock airbox, cat and exhaust

will be up and running this weekend bitches

It should be started and afr tuned this weekend i will get to the dyno in about two weeks to find out how much power i am making with the stock componets on their. i will open her up after i fix my licence(suspended)
i am intrested in finding how much power it puts down thru the stock emissions equipment, then i will open her up and shoot for max power with a better header, 2 1/2"-3" piping to a blitz nur spec mufler.
maybe pro 2 and etc but right now i am going to stay stock

i hear that the regular ngk's make more power that the iriduims
also try the 2 1/2 inch colector mod, it frees up more hp
