nah it was crushed about 2 weeks ago, it was a car that had been in a crash , and i bought it from the tow yard for 100$ so i could get the d16z6 and brand new trannny out of it, i figured since they were going to crush it i mihgt as well strip it too. see if i can make some money off of the parts

it had been sitting for about 30 days cause the tow company lein saled it, i had the title while i was stripping it so i knew it was all legit.

idk im bored, i have random pictures, of a civic getting torn apart, i figured id share, some people like to see this stuff, if ya dont u dont have to get all pissy about it, i mean why do you want to post pics of ur car, u want to show people what u have done, this is along that same line, but this was a lot more fun than just taking pics of the same car uve had for 2 or more years

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
how about all those stolen car threads? i guess those should be in the security forum then right? and 96 to 99 front end conversion should be in the cosmetic section? and the clutch don't feel right thread should be in the technical forums? but they're not. so stop hating. I've never seen the process of a car getting chopped in half so i think it's cool.

1) Stolen car threads are allowed in 92-00 tech because it gets more traffic than any other section on the site. It's a common courtesy.

2) 96-99 front-end conversion are usually a technical question, however repetitive and vague it may be. "How do I do this generation-specific conversion to this generation" is a .... *GASP* generational tech question. Silly, I know.

3) If they're asking about a clutch for a 92-00 civic or del sol, then this would be the appropriate technical forum to ask this question. See above comment generational tech.

Following the rules isn't hating. Being an asshat is. Just because it's cool doesn't make it tech.

This thread does belong in App/Cosmetic.
