Quick swap question

sup guys im thinkin bout gettin a 99 hatch cx tomorrow and the seller jsut told me it comes with ac but if i swap a b16 or b18 i wont be able to ever have ac? is this true.. lemme know thanks

you can still have AC, just need the right brackets.
