I have a 2001 integra ls the motor thru a rod so i orders a jdm ls... we put it in and it will not start... the main relay is good, getting spark and fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors are not spraying... went thru the injector ground cap... the motor will not even start even when we put starting fluid in thru the throttle body... also the motor is out of a 97 integra... we also think that it might have something to do with the factory security system that would shut off the fuel injectors but not sure...

please help any suggestions

 

is the motor turning over?

If so, and you have spark, and fuel, then it could be the ECU. Try a different ecu. Is the timing correct?

 

yea fuel spark.....it wont even start with starter fuild.....yes it turns over

 

do a compression test. low compression would cause it not to start.

 

why would it cause the fuel intectors to not to open.....do the acura have a cut off switch or security sensor ???????how do u reset it???
