Default So I swapped a b16 into my hatch...Is this engine placement right?!!?

Okay, so it may just be me and the fact that the car is currently alot higher then it would normally be, but everyday I keep thinking more and more that this engine/tranny placement isn't right. Here's the setup I have on the car:

91 Dx hatch.
B16a out a da6.
DC 4-1 header.
Fluidyne Radiator, made for da.
Flex-a-lite fan, costom fit for ef, made for eg.
Innovative mounts. The steel ones. I bought these a few years ago, so I'm not sure if they are possibly, like, first gen ones? Ones with little R&D, so engine/tranny placement may not be ideal.

I'm not sure if you can tell from the pictures below, but I just cant get over the fact of how close the motor sits up front!!

The axle placement seems okay...not straight, but not at that much of an angle.

Pass side:

Driverside:

Is is just me?! Am I just **** about this!? Or is the combination of the radiator/fan/header that pushes everything forward?

Any input is appreciated.

that look about right. our engine bays have limited space. the big *** radiator (just like mine) doesnt help either. but you are ok. dont worry

That definitely sits farther forward than my hasport swap. It doesn't look like very good placement to me.

Good placement. Look at the distance between the firewall and intake manifold.

Every company has different mounts which are going to position your motor differently from the next. You also have a huge *** radiator so that might make it appear like its sitting so far forward when it really isn't.
I have hasport mounts and yours just like mine, but it might be different if they were side to side. Who cares, as long as your motor is sturdy in place and not going anywhere then it really doesn't matter.
Don't worry about ground clearance they all suck, but you can't do jack about that.

Ive got billit hasport mounts and the reason i got them was because they situated the engine in the EXACT same spot as it sits in a JDM ef9 bay. Some mounts move the motor a bit forward which tends to put the axles on a bad angle and ive known people to snap axles cause of the bad angle.

i dont know about the axle placement to give any info on that, but i will say that big *** radiator makes it look far front.. i bet a 1/2 civic one would fix that

you look ok but you should get new motor mounts and a shift linkage form the same company to assure that the placement is right. i think you might be a little to close to the radiator
