Default ok, so i just revved my sohc zc to 8k+ revs?

well, a shift into 2nd...from 3rd...at 7200 revs...sent me at my tach peg. this happened two times! ive been monitering the engine extensivly since this occurence and havnt seen any signs of spun bearing or bent valves...what do you guys think? think shes ok?..long live those d series vtecs man

ps..for those who will say that i suck at driving...this happened quite a long time ago when i first got my car...i am posting this now because i beleive if there were any damage, it would have surfaced by now.

How long ago did this happen?

If anything serious happened...you would have known.

i think he's talking about pegging the tach all the way to 8k. 8k is too high for a stock motor
