You can engage the seller in a discussion of the car, including the decisions he took in developing the car and/or how it came to be registered.
However, you should not engage the seller in any way that would be interpreted as flaming, and you should no argue with the seller about the price or about the decisions he has made.
The seller should consider cross posting in the appropriate regional forum at http://www.hondamarketplace.com in order to enhance the chances of selling to someone local, thereby elininating scams and allowing potential sellers to see the car first hand.

Today ( Jan 31st ) the car is going for final smog and reg paper work from REF - we have it then ready to ship or sale.
