Default fixing rear quarter panels

I'm looking at picking up a crx, but it has rust on the rear quarter panels. Where can I find replacements, and how much $ would it take to fix?

thats nonsence....prolly 75% of the crxs in the world have rust on there rear quarters. Of course we can't judge withought seeing, but unless its completely through and a fairly large whole, a little bondo and some patience will take care of it. If you don't know how to do body work, I'd leave it to a professional because you can really screw things up. Everyone wants a crx with solid quarters just like every man wants a 12 inch *****, but sometimes you just gotta work with what you got...Good luck bro!

I say buy it, the more crx's on the road with a good owner the better. I got the last drivers quarter in the country for my crx and i beleive some passengers are still left. (they may have produced more drivers quarters)also some companies make rust repair panels for the hatch back so if the rust isnt too bad you can use those panels and have it professionaly welded. It costs money but crx's are like ae86's the less rust the more they cost so why not just get one and make it the way you want it. Thats my opinion.

This has been covered alot. If you search really hard you can even find the website were they sell the quarter panesl..if I am not mistaken I think they are 400-600 bucks for the both of them. Your best bet is to find a donar car. One that has like the roof smashed or the front end totaled and take the panels off. Other than that you might be able to just put your own metal in there and form it...

Its all depending on how much time you got on your hands and how cheap the crx is.
