will it be good for me to upgrade my cams

running ctr's now and was thinking of running blox a's. i just want a bit more power without cranking anymore psi. want to run with pump gas safely. currenly at 18lbs. what will be a safe pressure or power for 91oct. was thinking about turning it down to 16lbs.

ported p72 head w/omin full valvetrain, skunk mani.
block sleeve 9:1, eagle rods,ramhorn mani. w/gt30r
made 400hp @16lbs

i just to make a little more without boosting too much for pump gas
