Konig 17" Rims Q

Guy around my area is selling Konig 17" rims w/ tires for 150 says they are mountable and all tires hold air. just 2 have curb rashes and he said the inner tire is rubbed from his teg. anything i should ask the guy? or look out for?

All the usual questions...
Wheels: Make sure they have the proper width, offset, lug pattern, and center bore to make them usable on your car. Make sure they are true (not out of round).
Tires: Ask what kind they are (make/model) and see if they meet your needs for performance, weather rating (summer vs all-season vs winter), etc. Make sure they are the proper size for your car. Ask him to measure the tread depth on each of the tires (most tires come with 10/32" or 11/32" when new, and you need to replace them when they're down to 2/32" if not sooner). You may need to replace the one that was rubbing.
