After a post like this, I have nothing more to type or add. You are exactly right. I really don't even know where to start as far as helping this guy. He has absolutely no clue what he wants or what he is trying to achieve....and asks us to basically build his motor for him when we have no idea on what his budget is or what type of whp goals he is shooting for.

I'm tellin you...we need a Noob specific forum. That should be the ONLY forum they are allowed to post in, and people can go there and help them when they feel like it. If you've ever been to http://www.team-integra.net when you first sign up there is a little "quiz" that you have to pass in order to become a member. In the quiz, it guides you through all the different ways to search and you basically have to "prove" that you know how to use the search feature correctly. Those guys do NOT stand for any type of bullshit threads like this one and I really think we (honda-tech) should follow that trend.

To the OP: If you've been here long enough to get 120 something posts...what the hell have you been posting about? If you've been here that long, Im very surprised that you haven't picked up on how things work here. How do you expect us to reccomend parts for your build, when we have NO idea what kind of build you're trying to do. Do you have any goals you would like to achieve with it?

ok guys, i have a d15b2 and on a budget. i want to beat a supercharged viper. i want to use the stock head and block what can i do? thanks

what are ya talkin about you just need exhaust. if you ever upgrade your head let me have the old one, i want to use it on my b16b i heard it adds like 20whp

Only way you're "beating" a Viper with a stock block....is if you lift the block over your head...and continue to "beat" the hood and windsheild of the Viper.
