I was wondering, will i get any extra hp if i swap h22 throttle? wat else would u guys recommend?

 

even if you were to put the H22 throttle body on a F series intake manifold, the opening of the plenum is small anyways so the air is just going to bottle neck right after the TB.

Since you would have to get the plenum bored out and I assume you would still have to buy the H22 TB, you might as well just have your stock TB and plenum bored out by Maxbore.
