Rear cross drilled and slotted rotors
EBC greenstuff pads

I'm hoping some of you guys can give me some advice about it. So far I've gotten stock USDM corners installed, and USDM tails waiting to be put on in spring (haven't taken new pics yet). A local shop did the B16B swap for the previous owner (APG Motorsports...RIP). Anyway, this is my ride everywhere... high school, shows, out to eat, you name it, so if you want to suggest any mods for my driving style go right ahead. My next plan is to tuck the bay and I read the entire 123? page thread about it so thanks for the help so far guys. Some have you may have seen me at the CC meet in Danbury, CT last October and I look forward to going to some Northeast H-T meets. Anyway, thanks in advance guys, I hope to be a regular on the forums.

P.S. Sorry about the long intro!

looks really good, welcome to the site. Just to let you know if you just want to share pics of your ride, they belong in the appearance forum that you will be able to post in after your trail membership is up.

You've already been told twice so I won't flame. Very nice lookin ride, tastefully done IMHO. As far as cosmetics go you'll get some good info from the appearance forum, and from here you can get a lot of problems resolved with any normal problems you have with the car. If you have questions about power upgrades or upgrade problems, the tech/misc forum will help you rather good. Welcome to H-T. Enjoy your stay.

Why is it gutted?

Also, what's with the racing seats and roll cage?

I feel like I'm missing something, but it seems like you're running a stock I/H/E CTR but it's gutted & riced up like it's a 10 second spray car.

A boosted D-series on stock internals in an (what's the heaviest 5g civic model, EX sedan?) EX sedan with FULL interior & stock harnesses would crush that and ask for seconds.

I don't know, like I said, maybe I'm missing something, but that 160(if that) whp car is made to look like a full fledged 500whp dragster on nitrous.

I'm sorry if I come off like an *******.

Though I don't see a difference between that and a stock DX w/ aztellas, no-name racing seats, and an ebay exhaust.

Hey, Troy, NY, not too far from me.

That's like 140 miles or so.

Dude dont even start with dropping the Turbo-D comparo, yesterday Bense tore you a new *** about that, while you were praising DOHC 4 lyfe. now even though his car is not JDM enough in your opinion, its still looks better than your coupe

All I'm saying is that for all that look it doesn't have the power to back it up .

EDIT:
Like I said, maybe I'm missing something, but to me it seems like you have all this crap, roll cage, racing seats, gutted interior, into a car running a stock CTR as a daily driver...I don't know, seems a bit weird to me. It's like gutting a stock DX and calling it an autocross special and a drag beast. I just don't see it .

It used to have a turbo d series so it is funny you said that Syndacate. The previous owner had the interior gutted and it was a full out drag car, hence the gutted interior, cage, and seats. Then he got a good deal on the b16b swap and was going to use it for autocross. Personally, I think the seats and harnesses are very comfortable, even for every day driving, and as far as the interior goes, I might remove the cage and sell it and put in a back seat. I'm just getting started on this thing And sorry about the wrong forum guys I just assumed to put it in the EG forum.

syndacate, it doesnt matter if it has the power or not to back it up...he BOUGHT it like that so who cares.....least he took out the altezzas and clear corners......i think all it needs is a lip and a drop and it would be sweet

You're off to good start. There's some obvious work to be done.
