Possible wheel / tire choice
Been looking for a set of used ITR wheels for track use. Everyone I find wants at least $600 for the set. Considering a set of CRV steel wheels with Falken Azenis tires. Can do the whole combo for closer to $450. Any possible clearance issues I should know about? Is the extra unsprung mass going to make a huge difference at the track?? Tried to find a set of the Mazda Millenia 15's, but none to be found.
Any input would be appreciated.

1 CRV steelie weighs about the total weight of ITR + RE010.
Ok, not exactly, but CRV steelie weighs way too much. Also, Azenis is one of the heaviest tires in the market. So, your CRV + Azenis will weigh TOO MUCH for any serious road-racing.
Your best bet is to look for mazda wheels. They do pop up if you look hard enough.

Same width and offset as stock. I think its 15x6 and +50 offset.
