get a new one will be the best solution, but for low budget
get some fiberglass resin made by bondo and some fiberglass sheets. soak the sheets in the resin. then sandpaper rough texture then super fine. then primer and paint...
bondo cracks fast, but you can add support to the back... but fiberglass is best.
