Nope. That opens a big bag of worms. Either wait till you can find some, or order from one of the bigger shops (Hmotors, Password JDM, etc.).

I'm pretty sure that 00-01 ITR cams are equal to CTR's. So it would depend on the year of the motor?

In theory, it is illegal.

7. Allowed Modifications- H1- H5
OEM, stock and/or factory refers to the same model, domestic market and generation as the listed vehicle.
(So CTR and type are are NOT the same, unless you can prove it is the same part number cam in both engines.)

10.2 H2 Limited Preparation Vehicles Only...
For clarification purposes note that the following are NOT allowed on all Limited Preparation Vehicles:
• Unrestricted Cylinder Head Porting
• Unrestricted Camshaft(s) {except where stated otherwise}

If there is no performance advantage and both cams have the same profile, lift and duration, I don't see it becoming an issue in practice. BUT they did have a cam analysis tool at nationals and a whole pile of new cams, still in Honda boxes, with part numbers. If I were a betting man, I'd say the H2 podium will all get their cams checked this year. Close will not be good enough. If isn't the same cam that Honda used (in that engine) its illegal.

Just use the 00-01 ITR camshaft to stay legal.

I have research your question and there is no definite answer as to if the CTR and 00-01 ITR camshafts are the same. Some say yes, some say no.
Unless you can check a set yourself, I would just stick with the ITR cams.

BTW, all ITR motor's should be able to use the 00-01 camshaft!

The part number for the exhaust cams are identical. The part number for the intake cam is different. Sorry. Even if the difference is 2 degrees duration and 0.Xmm lift "technically"...
