JDM DC5 rear sway bar - 22mm - fit fine on a 04 sedan?
Off the top of my head I don't but I can try to find it. Where are you buying it from? 99% of the time they come with bushings.

I dont know what year you have - but looks like the RSX type S - 06 rear sway is 21mm.
The JDM dc5 one is 22. So in that sense, it wont be a bigg diff.
I'm on the other hand going from 13 to 22. Thats huge, to me at least. haha.

I have one on my 05 Sedan. Works just fine and makes the car feel a lot better on turn-in and mid-corner.

Jon Vito what year is your car? I know the 01-02 had huge front sways, 25mm if memory serves me right. I have a 19mm in the rear and I went down to a 15.9mm in the front and corner exit is much better.

My car is more of a rolling experiment, since its a hybrid, and has all that junk in the trunk to deal with (150 pounds or so of weight.)
i have an 03, and ive been toying around with the idea of upgrading to the 01-02 front sway. what do you think? no matter what once the swap is done im gonna have to find a different sway i think i read somewhere that progress makes one for the 01-05 civics with a k swap but i havnt really looked into it
IMHO I'd leave your front bar alone and go with something bigger in the rear like you said. Going to a bigger front is going to decrease some body roll but accelerating out is going to be negatively affected (the car will want to push more coming out). What is your alignment set at? Usually if you can't run enough spring rate to compensate for the body roll running enough negative camber will even it out so you don't lose your contact patch.
honestly man im not really sure what the aligment is set at i lost the sheet. im gonna realign it b4 autocross season and im gonna get it corner balenced but thats gonna be right around autocross
