Your caster should not be off. If it is, you need an alignment. If it's still off, you have some bent suspension pieces.

fix your toe, forget about your camber. You bought the suspension kit to improve handling. Camber that will result from that much lowering (about 1.25 inch) will be beneficial. Camber does not wear out tires (only a negligible amount). Toe wears out tires. You're probably only going to have -1 to -1.5 degrees of camber. I would run like -2.5 and -3.0 on my hatchbox when i had it, and wore out tires completely evenly as long as my toe was straight. Trust me on that one.

ORLY?!! lol thats right i forgot about european laws of alignment. Yeah get a camber kit. Your caster will start to fix itself as the camber comes back in because the control arms articulate.
