If you were me what would you do?
After summer ill have all the money:
B20 bottom end, with endyn rollerwave 11.1 or 11.5 compression pistons, some type or ligher rods, and everything to get the block reving to 8.5-9k rpms......
about $2500 <-- dont say anythign about the price, ive been quoted
If i go allmotor i plan for toda bs or toda Cs and valvetrain work required.., tit exhaust, j's racing intake, and smsp header.
or turbo
Rev hard stage 2 kit, used - $2500
will lower compression with gasket and run hondata 2b
and later pistons, rods, sleeve......
ps: i am gonna run a slight sound system, i was thinking i could strip back seats, p/s and a/c for the extra weight.....
what you guys think?

Boost it.
Plus you could keep your sound system, full interior with all amenities and still own stripped out ITRs with the N/A setup you described.

Me personally?
For me? If I had that money just waiting for me, I'd go to a performance driving school.
It's the gift that keeps on giving.
You can add as much power as you like but, if you don't Really know how to drive or handle it, then it is money Wasted. IF you already do then it is a different story. For 1/4 mile I'd go FI.

I say either get higher compression (ie 12:1) if you stay na, or get lower compression (ie 9:1) if you go turbo.
If you are into draging and showing off on the streets... turbo all the way. You do alot of track and autox events go NA.
Craig - Who just put in his 2 cents.

Go NA. I just can't imagine a typeR with turbo... that just seems too weird.

Craig - Who can't afford turbo for the R, but that hatch... just maybe

Jordo, if you want more bang for the buck, I'd go with the turbo kit... And plus, with that, you can still have the stereo, and NOT have to remove PS or AC for speeeeeed.
B20 + Iron sleaves + VTEC head + 9:1 + BB T03/04 = oooh oooh (oh face from Office space)
Craig - Who got to see a hatch with a b20 turbo... oh my gawd.... if only he could have reved pass 6g's
