5w50 Synthetic Oil...shoudl I use it?
This is what my friend (he works at Pennzoil) put in my car.
He seems to think it's a good idea. Are there any pros or cons?
It's "summer" here now but not all that warm yet. I do mostly a mixed bag of driving. Drive 30km to and from for work (all highway) 2-3 times a week. The rest are all 5-15km trips. I Hit VTEC and redline almost EVERY time i'm in the car.

don't see why not. 5w will flow better than a 10w anyways. i wouldn't worry at all about it, as long as your motor isn't consuming a whole lot, which would warrant a weight up in oil.
better than 5w 30 synthetic mobil1
that's what i use and would it be better to use the 5w50
is that oik thicker
does anybody have experience with this viscosity?
