Default Heating problem...

I blew a headgasket a while back, and i replaced it along with exhaust and intake gaskets. Anyways car was running fine until tonight, it was like bogging so bad trying to start, crank was fine and i had spark. Next after like 2 minutes of trying to start it i get upset and just hold my key trying to start it, and after like seven seconds of bogging it starts. Then it had really low idle...i finally got on the freeway to come home and im accelerating carefully and the RPMs climb then the car shakes and RPMS go up and down, then i shift and next gear is fine. Can anyone diagnose this problem, i dont think its the gasket, but then again i didnt resurface the head, it seems more like a fuel problem...but im not sure thanks...its a d16a1 in a 89CRX dx...thanks
