i just booosted my d16a6 in my 91 hatch today and i didnt drive it to hard when i noticed a cloud of white smoke and it started to over heat... im pretty sure its the head gasket but is there a chance its the intake manifold gasket seeing as when i put it on i used a old gasket?

 

Worth checking, why you reused a gasket is beyond me.

 

i was being cheap. the thing is i bought the motor and the head gasket was just replaced. and i assumed the intake gasket was new bc it looked new. so i said ehhh and i used it. worked fine until i hit booost.

i also think the person who changed the headgasket used the old headbolts... theyre strecth bolts arent they?
