So my girlfriend's brother just totalled his 1997 acura 3.2 cl and im ready to take advantage of it for my 2002 4cyl 2dr accord SE but im not sure what will swap over. The engine+tranny are out of the question and i already have my eyes on the rear discs, strut tower bar and mud gaurds. Will those swap/fit no problem and what else should I look for? Please keep in mind that by "totalled" i mean he flipped it into a ditch. Also feel free to make offers on any other parts.

 

i dont belive the 97 is a 3.2, i belive its a 3.0 the 2nd gen is a 3.2

 

that is gonna cost you a pretty penny to complete that since you will need a lot of parts. better off parting out the engine and trans.

first Gen 1997-1999 3.0L was the largest you could get. starting in 01 (there was no '00 model) base and optional engine was 3.2L one with 225 and the other with 260hp

 

any of you know whea i can find info on installing an acura tl shifter in my 6th gen accord?
