Got the roll bar painted, And will be painting the interior tomorrow!!
**UPDATE** 3/13/07

Put my red floormats in to give me a sense at what the red carpet is gonna look like in there.. I'm really excited. My roll bar was also shipped today so everything should be in pretty soon

*update* 2/23/07*
Finally.. after looking on here for a cage.... i just ended up buying a new one..
once this gets here everything is going in. so give me three/four weeks and you see the good pics
**UPDATE 2/8/07**

After about 3 and half hours in my garage that was 10degrees.... I ended up getting almost all of the sound deadening out...(that was with a cookie break too) Just gotta get under the rear seats and ill be god too go. Phase DOS will entail sanding.. sanding and sanding.. some primer little more primer and finally the color ohh.. and a new gas cover!

Well i figured i'd start a little build up thread on here to show the transformation of my interior.
Here's as it stands:

So far I have recieved:

Pretty much excited right now


The carpet is from stockinteriors.com and the carpet color code from that site is 815-RED
Things needed to be ordered
Nardi Sport Rally Blk Suede / Red Stitch//quick release hub
Plans:
Gut rear seats/trunk/rear panels
Reupholster *prelude passenger* to mimic usdm type r
*Will update pictures as things arrive, hoping to everything put in by middle/end of february
going to put it in all at once

imo, i would just get rid of the prelude seats. Get a reclinable seat for the passenger or another bucket, it's not like anyone will sit in the back since your gutting the rear anyways.

i like the look and feel of the prelude and i dont think anyones reupholstered it to mimic the type r seats so thats what the plan is

Its not ctr actually its from Stockinteriors.com (A+++ website by the way) its actually molded carpet for my year specific car. just requires a little trimming and cut outs for the shifter ebrake// ect... really nice carpet and a great price!

did you get the mass back or poly back?
just wondering about thickness vs oem quality. mass is $60 more on their website.
great to see an interior build! a nice change of pace from the other buildup threads. looks good so far. good luck with everything

i just got the polyback paying 60bucks extra for the other.. didnt seem worth it
