stock computer redlineing at 7,200??

stock computer redlineing at 7,200??
im running a stock non modified gsr computer with my motor right now and its making up its own redline
what iv seen tho is the oil pressure if fine in the car
no check engine lights are being shown
coolant is fine
im thinking about troubleshooting the ecu ground again but it is grounded to the TB bracket because the origonal spot stripped should i try grounding it to the fire wall or could this be something else
