Why such a big intercooler, it probably will actually be worst then a smaller one.

Are you going to make a bracket to brace that turbo/manifold?

I've never done a turbo set-up before. I probably will next winter, but it will probably be with either a log or hf manifold.

I just asked because it looks like there is a lot of stress on that manifold and it might crack.

there is a bolt hole where the stock header bolted to the block... make a bracket that will bolt to that point and one to the bottom of the manofold...like one of the bolts on the back (underside) of the turbo flange.

 

Pretty dope. I cant wait to get my build going

oh and the way you set up this thread kinda sucks.. not really a project thread.. more of a pictures of my car thread.. your not explaining anything.

 

You need to brace the turbo, not the manifold. And once again, why are you using such a big intercooler ? If you think about it, all the hot air is going to wise anyways and up top won't really be cooled because of the design of the intercooler.
