Default Lost motion assembly
Anyone know of the easiest way to remove the lost motion assemblies for a B16? BTW has anyone else had problems with theirs making noise like a typewriter? tia

no, it's a spring that guides the hi lobe (vtec) when it is not engaged. It's in the middle. I'm pretty sure I have to take the cams out and all that jazz.

just pull out with your fingers, they come right out

adjust your valves before you replace you LMA's The B motors have a slight chatter, thats normal.
