i own a 1994 honda prelude si 4ws h23a1

i want to know if i should purchase a cold air intake or a short ram, money isnt to big of an issue. thanks

 

it all depends on you. there won't be much of a drastic hp difference, but with a codl air because it's in the fender well, there are chances you coudl suck up water and hydro-lock your motor which woudl be bad.. real bad
