If he just used the bottom/top from a 2 door, there will be a 2 inch gap between the two, as well as a small gap on either side of the seats.
As Eran said, for a perfect (literally) fit, you'll need the bottoms from a 4 door Integra, and the top section from a 2 door. There's a thread around here somewhere that shows the difference side by side from the full 2 door, versus the mix-n-match method.
