Default d16z6 in a 91 ef sedan

I recently purchased a 91 ef sedan with a d16z6 swap. I'm new to the scene and would like to know what motor mounts i would need so i can replace the dried out one that are on there. I would like to reduce wheel hop and jerking when downshifting but i dont know if i need eg motor mounts or just regular ef mounts. Also should i get the complete mounts or just the rubber inserts. ne help would b greatly appreciated.

Get some EF replacement ones. My friend just got some replacement ones they are a HUGE difference between his stock and his new ones. They are so much beefier.
