If you are really intrested in doing a K swap you should really talk to Will from Hybrid-Racing (know his ****). They offer 99.9% stuff needed to do the swap, everything but engine. http://www.hybrid-racing.com/main.html Thats the site and also check out K20a.org, you will get better info on there.

If you don't have alot of cash don't do a k-swap. For the money it is going to cost you to do the swap you can make alot more power on a b-series. The motor will cost you a few grand but it is all the parts for the swap that is going to get you. You will have to get a new header, motor mounts, shift cable adapter, new radiator, kpro, new steering rack, and the list goes on and on.
Don't get me wrong, K>b anyday.
The k-series is an awsome engine, the best motor that honda has made to date IMO but its not cheap. If you are on a budget, just get a turbo kit and call it a day. You can boost a D-series and get 400hp with it, I have a buddy with a hatch that turboed it and he is pushing 400hp easy and it costed alot less than a k-swap
But what ever you do, don't buy a K20a3, they are trash.
