Default wuts the best setup to get into 14.5?

i just wanna get into the 14- 14.5 range.
ok heres my car...99 EX bone stock
whats are the best setup to get into the 14's all motor and FI'ed. if FI id prefer the JRSc because i think its more relble than a turbo although turbo is more fun but im not lookin for that. i just want to go fast and be reliable at the same time. this will be a daily drven car and is not to be raced on track.

Swap in a B18c5... That should put you about mid 14's, stock. And it will be reliable.

Ok Ralph

all motor you're going to need a lot of work. just do a bone stock swap. C1 with some bolt ons should cut it.

FI would be your best bet. JRSC

I ran a 14.7 on street tires with a stock b16a and a mod chip. so i figure if i run slicks it should be around mid to low 14's.
