wow thats good. is there a bpu kit or simple mods to get about a 12 second s2k?

i have yet to prove it but with bolt ons and 4.7's with decent tires or BFG DR's im sure 12.9's can be had...

im getting getting the 4.7's within the month.....

stock times depend on driver... anywhere from 13.8-14-3 average.. ive done 13.7 in mine....

 

13.6 is the lowest in complete stock form

12's are very doable with IHE, 4.77 gears, good tires, and a good driver!

+1 here, I've seen 13.7 in a bone stock '03 personally. I beleive 12.9 is possible with IHE, 4.77 gears and a tune.

I'm saying without tune.

Myself...

13.3 with 1.96 60ft only intake and 4.77, S02's on an AP1

I didn't get any more chances as I sold my car but if I could get my 60ft down to 1.8, I could hit 12.9-13.0 without a problem. I've seen someone do a 1.7 60ft in an S before (just bolt on's) so there is room for more.

Im going to try and see what happens this spring maybe. The elevation around here is like 600something feet. It's usually pretty cool in the spring as well. I think it was last spring i ran 13.3 and a 2.0 60 ft. with my 240 (SR20DET) on less than stock boost. 7psi. I'm hoping to do high 13s in my S. Im just scared to launch it lol. I broke the driveshaft on my 240 trying to make it go faster...luckily it was a same day junkyard fix. The S would be substantial if the diff broke.

 

I ran a 13.633 with an Invidia Exhaust. I am also going to try to get into the 12's N/A. I will be getting some drag radials and a 4.44-4.57 diff. Can't wait until track season =D.

BPU = basic performance upgrades in the supra world

IHE = intake header exhaust, honda's basic performance upgrades

 

My best time ever was 14.45 people say the track sucks but probably is my driving more than the car.

 

i have a frined that ran a 14.4 and he sucks at driving

btw this was in new orleans we're 8ft. below sea level

who knows, maybe he thought it was a civic and put the wide tires in the front and the narrows in the rear.

santos im picking up 4.77 tomorrow. pretty excited!
