Can a cracked flange on tubular turbo manifold be welded to fix crack??

Can a cracked flange on tubular turbo manifold be welded to fix crack??
Anyone see that this can be done?? Can cracked tubular manifold be fixed through welding or it's best to get a new one??

i got mine done.. one fab 
.. but so far its holding up.. but then again i havent driven the car in about 3 months
