Default Already searched about sleeved block break-in??? How

Is there a thread anywhere on here or does an experienced mech. know exactly how to break in a new sleeved block? As far as how, what oil (synthetic or reg. viscocity) and when to tune. How long to let run before oil change when first start. Things like that are important to know before I mess up an expensive block. Thanks a million for any help. Sorry for long ?
