How do i reseat my injector connector

How do i reseat my injector connector
I have a bad connection on my injector connector located above the shock tower....Theres a round tan plug and a green plug that go into my injector resistor box.....How do i fix them? test em for power?

you think its just the pins in the plug? or the wires going into the box? if its the second thing you'll probably want to get a new box.
