Default need help on coilover install...already searched.

Hey guys, Im not a noob, but I need a bit of help here.

I've had sleeve coilovers for a few years, but I just made the leap to full coilovers for my new project. I really want to do my research so I don't F anything up.

My question is this:
How do I adjust these before I install them? I am used to the sleeve coilovers that only have the 2 perches to lock. I just bought a set of Type 2 Function/Form coilovers, and I'm not very familiar with the lower adjustment.

Any write ups on this? Any help would be appreciated, I've had these for 2 days and I want them on NOW! lol

So basically, I just need to make sure they're all at the same setting?

The car doesn't have a motor yet, so its not like I'm going to be driving it soon. In fact, the car will be towed to the mechanic for tuning later this spring. I'll have him fine tune the suspension then.
