Does the rear bumper also have a lip? Is it removable, or is it molded to the bumper? What condition is the front lip in?

Any idea how much shipping would be to SoCal?

the rear bumper dont have lip...the moldings are removable...and the front lip in good condition with some scratches since it used...$750 shipped with lip or minus $120 without lip...if you willing to pick them up i could give out a better deal
