I had one of those on my last integra, theyre louder than the current TL exhaust but sound so sweet, theyre definitely worth $300. Theyre also a twin loop but the loop is internal (inside the can) and like said theyre way rarer, i'd definitely have one again if i could!!

I suppose that depends on how you define "worth it". It was likely rather expensive when new (though I'm not certain of that actual selling price) and it's relatively rare. So, from that perspective $300 is probably a good deal. However, from a pure performance standpoint, it falls a bit short.
