Default Noise from Suspension

Guys. please help me out.

I recently got Koni Strut inserts. (yeah, yeah, should have gotten Teins, yada yada inserts are crap, etc...) Now I get noise coming from the suspension. My bet its the lose lugnut that holds it in place pictured here.
This nut is under pressure and appears to be fine, but when the car is lowered, you can see the threads

Watch this video I took today and listen, you can hear a thudding noise, that is the noise im talking about. I believe it to be the strut insert wobbling inside the housing. It has gotten worse.

Please take a look at these pics and let me know if you see something out of the ordinary.

I will be going to a mechanic tomorrow when they are open, I would like some input in the meantime

Thank you

Take it back to whoever installed it for you.

It is either that bottom strut nut or the nut on the top. None of the pics you posted of the control arms would have been touched unless the mechanic was a complete moron.

I took it backtoday, that screw actually fell out completly.

They put in a new screw, loctite and welded it in place.

all great now
