Default Squeaking in steering wheel?

i drive a 95 accord lx.

Everytime I'm just there parking my car turning the wheel, I hear a little squeak and click each time I turn. Is this normal?

I also put my left elbow on the driver side handle pretty hard and something broke within under the layer. Dont tell me the 5th gens are made of plastic now...

As far as the handle goes, both sides on my 99 accord were broken before i bought it.
Its not so much visually noticeable but i can run my hand over it and feel it all cracked in there.

I seem rest my elbow on the exact same spot that the previous owner did - which is the same spot where the plastic is broken.

Its made from thin plastic from what i can tell.
