California smog numbers. 94-95 OBD1 B18C1 DOHC Integra GSR motor
I'm posting this for those who have a 94-95 OBD1 B18C1 DOHC Integra GSR motor. For owners of other B series motors, this can serve as a rough guide. OBD2 motors should be stricter. Smog shops or repair shops are not legally allowed or often refuse to tell you the numbers. If you have one of these motors and need to pass smog, here are the maximum numbers:
15 MPH: HC < 89 PPM / CO% < 0.53 / NO < 708 PPM
25 MPH: HC < 54 PPM / CO% < 0.51 / NO < 746 PPM
You can always get a smog pretest to see where you are at if you are afraid of being officially dinged as a polluter. Let me remind that a fresh or recharged air filter, properly gapped and good condition plugs, proper ignition timing, and a fresh oil change will decrease your emissions.
Regarding the visual checks, ya'll on your own on that one.
